This Website is owned and operated by Siacera Innovations Private Limited ("Siacera", "we", "us"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at SCO 339-340, Second Floor, Sector 35-B, Chandigarh- 160022 and corporate office at Vaswani Chambers, 2nd Floor, 264-265, Dr. Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai - 400025, Maharashtra, India.

Siacera's products are cosmetic formulations developed in collaboration with dermatological expertise. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Skincare results vary from person to person based on skin type, lifestyle, and individual factors. Where our products have been recommended by a dermatologist, follow their specific guidance on usage. If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.

All products are formulated in compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and applicable BIS and Legal Metrology standards.

3. Permitted Use

In any event, Siacera's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Product giving rise to the claim in the six (6) months preceding the event.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Siacera's liability for death or personal injury caused by Siacera's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Siacera and its directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Chandigarh. The language of arbitration shall be English. Courts at Chandigarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters not subject to arbitration and for the enforcement of any arbitral award.
