Return AND Refund Policy

This Policy is published in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019; Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020; and the Information Technology Act, 2000. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with an eligible product, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Request is made within 7 calendar days of delivery date.
- Once the claim is approved, our team will arrange reverse pickup of the product.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID) and photo evidence of the intact product are provided.
- Refund will be processed within 48 hours after the returned shipment is received and verified
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment source.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you to process the refund via UPI.
Note: The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to products that have been tampered even partially. This guarantee is separate from our standard returns process.
3. Standard Return & Exchange Policy
3.1 When Are Returns/Exchanges Accepted?
We do not accept returns for Siacera products. We accept return or exchange requests only when all of the following conditions are met:
- The product delivered is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect (wrong item sent).
- The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Clear photo or video proof of the issue (including outer packaging) is submitted.
3.2 Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Products purchased from any channel other than www.siacera.com.
- Items returned without prior written approval from our support team.
- Products not covered under the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee where the reason is personal preference or change of mind.
4. How to Raise a Return / Refund / Exchange Request
Follow these steps to initiate your request:
- Step 1: Email us at support@siacera.com within the applicable time window (48 hours for damage/defect; 7 days for Money-Back Guarantee products).
- Step 2: Include in your email: your Order ID, a clear description of the issue, and photo or video evidence of the product and packaging.
- Step 3: Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with approval or rejection.
- Step 4: If approved, securely pack the item as instructed and ship it back via the method communicated by our team. Do not discard the product or packaging before approval.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
5. Resolution: Replacement, Exchange & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
Refunds are processed to the original payment instrument (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.). Timing may vary by bank or payment provider.
6. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched.
- Once the order is marked as dispatched or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- For valid pre-dispatch cancellations, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- To request a cancellation, email support@siacera.com immediately with your Order ID.
7. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered:
- Do not discard the product or the outer packaging.
- Email support@siacera.com within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos or an unboxing video.
- Once verified, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping charges (where applicable).
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has been approved but not received within the stated timeline:
- First, check with your bank or payment provider as processing times vary.
- If the refund is not credited within 10 working days from the approval date, contact us at support@siacera.com or call +91 7347014101.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you to process the refund via UPI.

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh.
