Order Processing

  • Every order is carefully reviewed and processed within 1-2 business days following your order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 2 PM are given processing priority for the same day.
  • Once your order is on its way, you will receive a notification with all the details you need.
  • During peak seasons and festive periods, processing may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to follow us on social media for timely updates.
  • Orders placed via Cash on Delivery may require an additional business day for verification before they are dispatched.

  • All prepaid orders above ₹699 enjoy complimentary shipping, our gift to you.
  • For prepaid orders below ₹699, a nominal shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

Estimated delivery timelines by location:

  • Metro cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other cities & towns: 5-8 business days
  • Remote locations: Up to 10 business days

Order Tracking

The moment your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can follow your order's journey to your doorstep anytime, at your convenience.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available at select pin codes across India, confirmed at the time of checkout.
  • A COD handling fee will be added at checkout, over and above any applicable shipping charges.
  • To ensure a seamless delivery experience, please verify that your address details are complete and accurate before placing your order.
  • In the interest of all our customers, repeated COD refusals will result in COD access being discontinued for future orders.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Your order is packaged with the utmost care. In the rare event that your delivery arrives damaged or tampered with, we request you to decline acceptance and reach out to us immediately at support@siacera.com with your order number and photographs. We will make it right.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please write to us at support@siacera.com with your order number. Our team will personally coordinate with our logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you.

Incorrect Address

We kindly request you to review your shipping details thoroughly before confirming your order. Siacera cannot be held responsible for orders dispatched to an incorrect or incomplete address. Any re-delivery necessitated by address errors may be subject to additional charges.
